Can I set a different price or duration per stylist?
Yes. A junior stylist can, for example, get more time and a lower price for the same treatment.
Does it work with colour chairs or wash stations?
Yes. You set up rooms or stations and decide per treatment where it can take place. A station is never double-booked.
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. You try Boekzi free for 7 days with every feature. You only choose a plan if you continue.
Do I pay extra per team member?
No. The Salon plan costs €29.95 per month for up to 8 team members. Working alone? Choose Solo for €9.95.
Do you charge commission on bookings or new clients?
Never. You only pay your fixed subscription. Clients who book through your booking page are and stay yours.
Can I cancel monthly?
Yes, a monthly plan can be cancelled every month. Choose yearly billing and you get 20% off.
Where is my data stored?
On servers in the European Union (Frankfurt). Client data is strictly separated per salon.
